South Louisiana chefs came together last month to celebrate local produce in a collaborative slow food dinner at a local farm. Chefs Jason Roland and Eric Arceneaux, among others, contributed their time and talents to the event.

The chefs and I met for some portraits in January, and they turned out spectacularly — capturing the chefs in a field-like environment in preparation for the dinner.
