On Assignment | Chris Landry | 225 Magazine

Chris Landry is a Baton Rouge local who works as a NFL and college football scout, coaching adviser and radio host.

I had the opportunity to visit Chris at his home office in July to get some portraits of him for an upcoming issue, and I learned a little bit about what he does, as well. In his office, he has about 10 television sets on one wall that are always on during football season. He keeps scouting reports on all the college football conferences, as well as the NFL. And he also works as a radio football analyst.

It was fascinating seeing the memorabilia in his office, as well as hearing how he stays busy during football season.

And I particularly enjoyed using his office – the television wall, the wall of binders with scouting reports and his desk – as a background for his portraits. They turned out well and told the story of what he does.
