This weekend, I had the chance to catch up with an old friend who lives in Chicago. She was in town for a work conference, and luckily for me, I had the opportunity to steal her away Friday night – for barbecue, beer and fried cookie dough – AND then Saturday – for a Nashville tour, fried chicken with Southern sides and some portraits.
I always love when friends are in town, and this weekend was no different. And our mini portrait session? SO fun.
Here is a favorite sequence that was taken at Centennial Park:
Jessica, thank you for being up for Tennessee adventures this weekend (and fantastic, Southern food!) and for allowing me to make these beautiful portraits! I hope you had as much fun as I did, and I hope we get to hang out again sooner rather than later!

What did you do this weekend?
