Hey there, y’all! How’s it going? Things are pretty swell here in Nashville, and I cannot complain on this blustery, November evening.
A lot has happened since I last wrote here.
For starters, we got married! (And it was more than I could have ever imagined. And the photos? Still take my breath away!)
Then we honeymooned in the mountains of east Tennessee.
Then we came back to Nashville and started our life together as a married couple. We have had a lot of fun… and we got to travel to Louisiana to celebrate the marriage of two friends, too!
Then it was Thanksgiving, and we spent the long weekend with my family in Memphis. (And yes, I am still savoring the leftovers that we brought back to Nashville with us.)
And now, it’s one of the final days of November, and I’m just checking in after a month of running here and there.
What I can say is that is has been a beautiful time, and I am soaking in every moment of this season.
Oh hey! Look at those happy newlyweds! (And please, whatever you do, ignore my furry winter boots. I promise it was chilly when we took the photo!)

Lys - Aww, Erin! I love all the photos and your blue shoes are amazing! I wrote a sappy comment on your FB wall about your dress, so I won’t do that here 🙂

Kaci - Like we talked about earlier, I love how giddy and happy you still get about the pictures and talking about your wedding! Love love love it. Can’t wait to see more of the photos, they’re gorgeous… your photographer did a great job!

about the entire thing. Nerdy, but true. (But how could I not be?!)

SoMi's - So glad to hear the wedding was fabulous and that you haven’t slowed down since. As my maid of honor warned my husband during her speech, a happy wife is a happy life … clearly you are and have both!

Allie - That cabin is adorable. That sounds like and ideal vacation to me 🙂
Erin - I know! We loved the cabin, and I definitely want to go back ASAP
because vacations are awesome. And I totally support you taking one,

Doniree - CUTE photo! I’m so happy you two had such a good holiday – also, while your furry boots are cute, I bet YOUR definition of “chilly” and my definition of “chilly” are totally different 🙂

are correct – my definition of chilly is different than yours…
though it IS a lot colder in Nashville than it is in Boulder now, so
maybe mine is getting closer to your definition? (Probably not.)
